Workshop Prices and Booking Process

We run a number of workshops and courses, and this page provides the prices and will help you through the booking process.

Prices July-Dec 2015

Our courses are structured on a base price and various discounts may then apply to this base price.

We run workshops at our own ETHER Training Centre in the Central Drakensberg, and this includes accommodation and full board.

Workshops run at other venues include lunches and teas every day.

By arrangement we can also provide a lower-cost workshop at your own venue which does not include a lunch.

Base Price

ETHER Training Centre : accommodation and full board: R1750+VAT per day per person.

Other training venues: lunch and teas : R1550+VAT per day per person

Discounts

We offer an early bird discount of 10% for bookings made and paid for in full 15 days prior to the start of the workshop.

We also offer a discount of 5% for bookings of 5 delegates or more for a single workshop, and 7.5% for bookings of 10 delegates or more.

Booking Process

In some cases we are required to register as suppliers if you are part of a government body. This may take a little time but we are highly familiar with the processes to meet the requirements of both the MFMA and the PFMA regulations. We are already registered with many municipalities, provinces and national departments.

Step 1: Call Gladys!

The best approach to make a booking is to contact Gladys Rapatsa by email (gladys.rapatsa@ether.co.za) or telephone (071.621.5100) and to indicate which workshops and courses you are interested in, and the number of delegates.

Step 2: Quotation

Gladys will then send you a quotation which will include both the standard base prices as well as the early-bird prices, including any discounts applicable for the number of delegates you wish to send.

Step 3: Order

You provide us with your official order, and indicate whether you wish to take advantage of the early-bird pricing offer. We commence the processes for supplier registration if this is required. We will then submit an invoice for the prices as selected, and with the payment terms indicated.

Step 4: Payment

You arrange for the payment to be made, based upon the price which you have selected.  Otherwise payment is required by the end of the workshop unless other arrangements are made.

Step 5: Preparatory Work

For some of the workshops we send out preparatory material to the delegates, which is required to be completed prior to the workshop commencing.

Step 6: Attend the workshop

Finally, you are all set and you will attend the workshop and gain the knowledge that we have to offer.
