Rationale: Wood products are not recommended due to off gassing. Primarily acids from wood and formaldehyde from adhesives. Oak wood is especially acidic.
Recommendation: Steel shelving with suit epoxy coating that do not off gas. Shelving that is inert and non-reactive.
